Description
Support in organizing and creating events for some or all of the employees at AXA headquarters. Production of summary notes and analysis based on the current affairs of the department. Quarterly monitoring of performance indicators (dashboard). Support in project monitoring, primarily the deployment of cross-departmental regulatory projects or training/awareness projects related to 'Cross-departmental Risks.

echnical and Professional Skills: Currently pursuing a Bac +5 (Business School or Master's Degree from a University). Analytical and synthesis capabilities, with an understanding of business needs. Proficiency in collaborative tools and the Office Suite. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Interpersonal Skills: Proven interpersonal skills with high-level stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal abilities: listening, empathy, assertiveness, team spirit. Sense of organization and prioritization. Autonomy, independence, organization, and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously. Rigor and method.
