Your job and daily missions Within the AXA Research Fund, you will support the AXA Research Fund communication roadmap in full alignment with the Group global Communication strategy. Reporting to the Head of communications of the AXA Research Fund, you will be working in close link with the team and members of the department (communications colleagues). You will be in charge of the animation of the digital tools – website, newsletter, youtube channel. You will design and implement communication assets, campaigns and tools: to increase awareness and impact on our philanthropy to support our funding activities (calls for projects, new partnership launches..) to introduce our researchers in climate, health & socio economics. to produce & disseminate the outcomes of research projects and partnerships to support the advocacy activity of the AXA Research Fund You will support the AXA Research Fund’s roadmap in : Digital tools and assets You will roll out the social media planning, coordinate the development of assets and posts. You will ensure the website is operational and up to date. You will produce quarterly newsletters and monitor their results. You will support the team with promotional assets (Power point presentations.) This will involve the coordination of editorial planning, digital content, and event management and stakeholders’ management (suppliers – including administrative tasks- and colleagues). Research & Partnerships Valorization You will support the promotion of partnerships, as well as the production and dissemination of research outputs – coordinate the production of outcome reports, articles by The Conversation, events, and support the production and promotion of masterclasses videos This aims to increase the awareness of AXA RF and its impact and contribution to the society and AXA. Advocacy You will support the roll out of a global advocacy campaign in close relation with the team.

Let’s talk about you - Masters level, business or communication school. - Professional experience in communication. - Fluent and excellent writing skills in both English and French - Good command of digital tools, social media & CMS - Team player, with a share to succeed mindset. - Agility, at ease with multitasking, autonomous in project management - Result / impact oriented, with a good sense of quality control - Interest for science and sustainability themes is a plus
