Are you willing to be a part of an ambitious company project ? NAOS, major international stakeholder of Skincare, is looking for a eBusiness Performance manager, in CDI, position open right. The E-Business Performance Manager will report directly to the Global E-Business Manager. This role focuses on driving measurable performance improvements across direct-to-consumer (D2C), Amazon, and e-retail channels through advanced data analysis, optimization strategies, and innovative technology deployment. The manager will act as a key driver of performance excellence, ensuring alignment with global e-business strategies and goals. the main missions are: Conversion rate optimization Detailed reports and overview of conversion blockers on our D2C websites Implement cohesive CRO strategy & roadmap for brands' core model websites Manage global CRO tools (CS, AB Tasty) & ensure their deployment and usage in the key markets Create AB testing roadmap in collaboration with PM & PO teams Partner with internal teams such as Media, CRM, and UX to enhance consumer experience, acquisition, and retention strategies. E-retail: eMerch/ tool Build eRetail/ eMerchandising use cases and accompany countries in operationalization Monitor and enhance e-retail metrics, including search visibility, traffic, conversion rates, and customer review etc.. Benchmark performance across competition to identify areas of improvement e-commerce martech : Develop and delivers Workshop, training program, case studies ton empower countries and increase eCom martech usage Identify and pilot emerging e-com tools (ex: web stories) that enhance e-com management Overall performance : Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making at both global and locals levels on eBusiness channels ( D2C, eRetail, Amazon ) Improve existing Power BI eCom performance dashboards and build new on ( like Amazon global dashboard) to enlarge monitoring coverage Join a company with a purpose, inspired by a claimed humanist utopia, and come experience a humane, collective and enriching company. Profils recherchés

Required Qualifications: Strong expertise in CRO, e-commerce performance tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Profitero, Semrush). Advanced skills in Excel, Looker, MS Power BI or any data visualization tools Proven track record in driving e-commerce performance improvements across D2C and e-retail channels. Experience in managing global projects, tools, and teams across diverse markets. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
