Context & Environment International environment with many internal and external interactions. This role evolves in conjunction with trading activities and financial environment requiring flexibility and agility to meet the targets. Large number of operations to be absorbed around quarter-end in particular. The context is defined by large-scale physical operations in oil and oil products and corresponding hedging activities. As such, you will manage large number of data to provide regular and on demand reporting to Management. Challenging work within a cross-functional team in charge of the representation and follow up of the working capital needs of T&S. Activities As a Financial Solution Officer, you will be in charge of exploring opportunities to implement different financial structures or tools aiming to reduce the impact of T&S global trading activities on its Working Capital. As such, you will participate in the negotiations with banks and/or financial institutions and/or counterparties for the implementation of: • Supply Chain Finance programs, • Receivables Discounting Facilities, • Inventory Finance solutions, • Cargo financing… Amounts at stake could vary from couple of millions to hundreds of millions US dollars. What you will do Improve internal coordination across departments to secure operational performance of the operations. Improve current reporting activities, automation of processes and implementation of digital tools for reporting and analysis; Negotiate with T&S financial partners such as banks, private equity funds, financial institutions, insurance brokers or counterparts; Implement Supply Chain Finance program options for T&S entities; Explore innovative financial solutions adapted to trading activities of T&S and setting up dedicated documentation;

Profils recherchés

Candidate Profile You hold a master’s degree in Finance or an equivalent You have at least a 3-year experience in financial analysis in a bank or commodity trading company. Good knowledge of English, instruments used in international trade and risk analysis Good knowledge of information tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ and reporting tools including Power BI, VBA, Python and Power Point Good interpersonal skills, availability, analytical skills and ability to summarise, rigour and responsiveness. Good resilience to stress, ability to negotiate and very good communication skills
