Pau - TotalEnergies OneTech Join OneTech and contribute to large‑scale international HVAC projects! Within the Marine Structure & Architecture Department, you will play a key role in the design, optimization and reliability of HVAC installations for TotalEnergies' industrial projects. You will work across multiple project phases - from conceptual design to commissioning - including activities in offshore Oil & Gas and FPSO environments, as well as in new energies (wind and carbon capture). Your missions * Contribute to all project stages: feasibility, pre‑studies, detailed engineering, construction and handover. * Provide technical support to operations: maintenance, life extension, retrofit. * Supervise/audit engineering studies, testing, installation and commissioning of HVAC systems. * Propose optimized, safe and low‑carbon‑aligned technical solutions. * Take part in R&D projects, particularly in onshore/offshore wind and carbon capture. * Support the development of technical standards and ensure active technology watch. ️ Your expertise * ~15 years of HVAC experience in industry: engineering, construction, commissioning, maintenance. * Background including design engineering, construction follow‑up, commissioning, and HVAC maintenance. * Solid knowledge of offshore Oil & Gas - FPSO environments. * Experience integrating HVAC systems on marine installations is a plus. * Mastery of conceptual phases, Pre‑FEED, FEED, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning and troubleshooting. * Fluent in French and/or English, with excellent writing skills.
