Within the Brand, Communication & Sustainability department, the Group Sustainability team (GST) supports AXA’s long-term strategy with respect to the Group Purpose: Act for human progress by protecting what matters. This includes steering the Group climate strategy, foster green business and inclusive protection, raise awareness regarding ESG matters within the entities and across the different professional families. Main purpose of the mission: AXA Atout Coeur started in France 1991 with the idea to give back to society through AXA’s employees. Since then, the program became truly international under the name AXA Hearts in Action. In 2024, 45 000 AXA’s employees have done at least one of the 3400 volunteering activities organized. To go further AXA set itself a target of a participation rate of 50% (Every 2 employees in the world) giving time for good in 2026. This objective has been validated by AXA’s Management committee and is now part of the main company’s objectives (AXA for progress Index). Within this department, you will support the Sustainability Engagement team in the coordination of the citizenship programs and other activities aimed at engaging entities with sustainable topics such as upskilling or sustainability network management. You will : Support the annual reporting of philanthropy & volunteering activities of AXA Group worldwide Prepare the reporting session: questionnaire, data collection Liase with the provider of the tool at each step of the project Train the entities and support them during the process Control of the data, consolidation, analysis and reporting Help preparing the organization of the monthly calls with networks of internal sustainability officers worldwide and various meetings with key stakeholders to share best practices, provide guidelines... Contribute to the organization of volunteering events at AXA headquarters (ie : the pilot of a probono event to support social entrepreneurs) Support the Engagement team with other projects.

Master Degree final year or gap year. Strong project management skills, able to follow complex projects with many actors. Very good writing skills in English and French. Good analytical skills. Strong skills in Excel and good to strong in PowerPoint. Autonomous, able to work remotely. Synthesis spirit, able to catch main ideas and to organize and summarize information. Good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of ESG issues is a plus.
