Description of the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic thinker with project management skills to join our team as a Strategic Planning and Project Management Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing business trends and market developments, conducting analysis to support business decision-making, developing strategic business plans, and managing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to help guide the direction of our company and ensure successful project outcomes. Your main responsabilities : Analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and the competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats, informing strategic decisions impacting the business. Evaluate strategic performance, identify business strengths and weaknesses, and propose data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, clearly articulating findings, recommendations, and potential impact on key business metrics. Assist in setting organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives based on market research and competitive analysis. Manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. (examples include launching new offerings and products, new operational processes, margin expansion programs, etc) Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication, timely delivery of tasks, and effective issue resolution.
