Context & Environment The Training team within the Human Resources department of TOTSA TotalEnergies Trading SA is based in Geneva. Our main mission is to meet the business and employees ' needs in terms of development and training. To do so, we manage and develop training programs for the Trading. Working closely with various departments, we strive to create innovative training opportunities tailored to the needs of employees. The work environment is stimulating and focused on continuous skill improvement, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and knowledge sharing. Activities We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Training Project Intern to join our dynamic Training team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of training projects, with close guidance and mentorship from the Training Manager. You will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with the Training Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of various training initiatives, assisting in tasks ranging from material preparation to project tracking and feedback analysis. Key Responsibilities: In collaboration with the Training Manager assist in the coordination and management of training programs and projects collect and analyse participants feedback to help improve future training initiatives help track project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met Key competencies: Organizational and project delivery Adaptability and flexibility Strategic thinking Problem-solving Communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to details Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, trainers, and participants, both in writing and in person Ability to understand and respond to feedback from trainers, participants, and colleagues to improve the training process.

Profils recherchés

Candidate Profile You are currently enrolled in a higher education degree (business school or university degree) and have a real interest in the field of training. You have ideally a first experience in an internship in a Human Resources department, knowledge of Talent Soft is a plus You have an advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI, which will be your best allies during this internship. You have an excellent command of both English and French You are well known for your rigor and your good interpersonal skills. You also have very good written and oral communication skills, have a sense of service and understand the issues of confidentiality. Finally, dynamism, enthusiasm and proactivity will also be the key words of this internship. A tri-partite internship agreement is mandatory
