The core mission of RSTO department (Refining Supply Transport Optimization) within TEPRI is to drive and optimize the economic performance of the refinery and associated chemical businesses, while ensuring safety, reliability, compliance, and strong interfaces between operations, Joint Ventures partners, and headquarters. RSTO covers the full value chain through five structured areas: - Platform Optimization - valuation, targets, unit settings - Front Office - contracts, sales & purchases - Middle Office - price risk exposure monitoring - Operations - transport, storage, execution of flows - Back Office - invoicing, material balances, accounting interfaces Together, these processes ensure compliant and efficient execution from deal to cash. The department actively supports digital improvements and process simplification, including: Development of dashboards and automated reporting, Simplification of commercial and logistics workflows, Participation in digital transformation initiatives across operations. These efforts aim to reduce manual workload and improve data reliability and are led by our Business Excellence initiative. The mission of the VIE will be to contribute directly to these efforts by understanding the business, supporting the operations and the business excellence roadmap. As Business Excellence Analyst, you will be in charge of contract management (electricity, natural gas, rail, solvents...) as well as monitoring economic indicators. Doing so, you will acquire a deep understanding of the Supply chain from energy markets to plants operations. La mission principale du département RSTO (Refining Supply, Transport & Optimization) au sein de TEPRI est de piloter et d'optimiser la performance économique de la raffinerie et des activités pétrochimiques associées, tout en garantissant la sécurité, la fiabilité, la conformité et des interfaces efficaces entre les opérations, les partenaires en Joint-Venture et le siège. RSTO couvre l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur au travers de cinq domaines: - Optimisation de la plateforme - valorisation, objectifs, réglages des unités - Front Office - contrats, ventes et achats - Middle Office - suivi de l'exposition aux risques de prix - Opérations - transport, stockage, exécution des flux - Back Office - facturation, bilans matières, interfaces comptables L'ensemble de ces processus garantit une exécution efficace et conforme, du deal au cash. Le département soutient activement les améliorations digitales et la simplification des processus, notamment à travers : le développement de tableaux de bord et de reportings automatisés, la simplification des flux commerciaux et logistiques, la participation aux initiatives de transformation digitale des opérations. Ces actions, portées par notre démarche démarche Business Excellence, visent à réduire la charge manuelle et à améliorer la fiabilité des données. La mission du VIE consistera à contribuer directement à ces initiatives en comprenant le business, en soutenant les opérations et en participant à la feuille de route Business Excellence. En tant que Business Excellence Analyst, vous serez en charge de la gestion et suivi de certains contrats (électricité, gaz naturel, rail, solvants, ...) ainsi que du suivi d'indicateurs économiques en lien avec les marches. À ce titre, vous acquerrez une compréhension approfondie de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, depuis les marchés de l'énergie jusqu'aux opérations industrielles des sites.
