Context and environment: Cross-functional function with all the activities of RC business segment, within its BU, LBU, Functional Departments and affiliates A constantly evolving scope of activities Team of 9 people shared between Brussels and Paris Missions : As an Internal Control Officer, your main activities will be as follows: * As part of the digitalization of internal control activities, participate in the projects of: o Simplification of SOX financial compliance processes, including the review of work methods and updating of procedures as well as the monitoring of organizational changes and their impacts on information systems o Launch of the new self-assessment campaign of the Essentials of Internal Control with a digital tool developed in-house up to the monitoring of action plans and the creation of a follow-up report for self-assessments and action plans * Follow-up of audit recommendations: creation of a digital application to harmonize and simplify review processes * Business Continuity Plans: thinking about solutions to harmonize and simplify tests and exercises * Creation of communication materials for all the innovations carried out internally (webinars, etc.) Please check the following website to make sure that your application complies with the criteria to carry out a VIE assignment: mon-vie-via.businessfrance.fr. Expected qualifications: * Master or Engineer in Finance, Business Control, Audit * Ideally previous experience in Governance, Internal Control, Compliance Technical skills: * Data Management * Good knowledge of Compliance and Internal Control * Teamwork, attention to detail, strong communication skills Computing skills: * Good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel) * Interest for digital tools (PowerApp, PowerAutomate, PowerBi, …) Languages: * English: level C1 * French: level C1
