Transdev is currently seeking an Internal Communications Manager (fixed-term contract) to join its Group Communications Department. To support a dynamic phase of development within the Group Communications Department, we are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to contribute to the implementation of the Group's internal communication initiatives, particularly the deployment of the new corporate intranet and the organization of key internal events. You will work on several strategic projects to ensure the quality of content, coordination with internal teams and partner agencies, and the successful delivery of communication initiatives. Your Key responsabilities : Group Intranet - Contribute to the creation and integration of content for the new corporate intranet (HR pages, general services, processes, news, etc.). - Participate in reviewing and updating content to ensure consistency and relevance. - Support the migration of communities to the new platform. - Coordinate with the agency to monitor the translation of change kits into 7 languages. - Contribute to the launch and publication of the intranet platform. Internal Events and Digital Communication Initiatives - Support the logistical organization of internal events: guest management, registration platform, validation of materials produced by the agency (badges, materials, etc.). - Contribute to the alignment of visual content and monitor creative production with the agency. - Help prepare the cascading communication kit for local teams. - Ensure technical coordination and security of the communication setup with Group IT teams and country teams. - Monitor the production of creative elements with the agency (jingles, transition screens, visual design elements).
Profils recherchés
Your Profile : - Experienced professional with at least 7 years of experience in communication, ideally in internal or corporate communication. - Experience managing communication projects and coordinating with agencies. - Strong writing and summarizing skills. - Good command of digital tools and collaborative platforms. - Ability to work in an international environment and coordinate multiple stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously. - Professional working proficiency in English is required. Your Destination : You will join the Group Internal Communications Department, based at the company headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux. Reporting to the Group Internal Communications Director, you will work closely with communication teams, corporate functions, IT teams, and partner agencies to contribute to the success of the Group's internal communication projects.
